Saltmarsh (SALT-marsh)

Saltmarsh is a small fishing town located in the southwestern corner of the East March, east of the mouth of the Kingfisher River.
The town is governed by the Saltmarsh Town Council, which is headed by Jonathan Smithson, who is frequently referred to as "The Commoner" or "The Townsman".
Sir Jain Arastel, a knight of the Barony of Seaton also lives in Saltmarsh, though he is not frequently seen outside of his mansion grounds to the west of town.
