Athenite
Athenites are the basic recuits of Ferron's Legacy. These are typically children, but are not required to be so as all worshipers of the Divine are welcome to apply for membership into the Legacy. All Athenites stay within the Legacy Cathedral for training and study.
Qualifications
There are three main ways that one gains entry into Ferron's Legacy.
The first is by apply to be a member, which requires an interview process and display of your devotion to the Divine.
The second is by being recruited by a Zuetian who finds potential in you. Most never decline an offer to join the Legacy as the life has many benefits.
The final and least popular way is by being surrendered at birth by your family. This is rare, but occurs in cases where a child is born with an exceedingly strong connection to the Divine, even as an infant. These children and typically spotted early on, and taken into the Legacy in order to protect themselves and their loved ones from potential accidental harm.

Duties
Days are spent in intensive study about Religion, History, and aspects of the Divine. Evenings are filled with military style drills, combat training and practice with Divine spellcasting for those who show a talent for it.
