The Imp
The Imp is the son of Lily and The Dark Man; he was born at the Carnival and given the Skurra face paint as soon as he was born. Although he has six fingers on each hand, he doesn't show any other outward signs of demonic heritage, and he's aged at a normal rate. He's heard thoughts that were specifically directed at him (Vanya looked at him and thought "Can you hear me?", and he made a "so-so" gesture), but you don't know if he has any other powers.
Julien formed a psychic link with the Imp at one point so they could talk, but accidentally opened his half-brother's mind too far and frightened him.
