Salia Rose†

Salia Rose

A former Lady of Rosethorpe and eldest daughter of Lord Roland Rose III, Salia Rose was considered a liberal reformer who could use her status and wealth to help change the aristocratic city of Jameleska. A modern thinker well read on Awakening Ideals, Salia became involved with the Worker's Union and was briefly one of their high ranking leaders during the Rosethorpe General Strike.   Salia was caught up in the Faylock Conspiracy when her father, unknowingly under the control Baron Faylock's rings of dominate person, exiled her and stripped her of her noble title and heir presumptive status.   The former noblewoman tried to organize a resistance to whatever control her father was under, and had tasked Doomed 2 Die with investigating the matter and helping the Union. She was betrayed by her own sister, and killed by Horsha Lenn's contingent of Rose Militia when the camp on Hammer Boulevard was destroyed.

Personal history

The first born daughter of Lord Roland Rose III, Salia was given a strong and liberal education by her mother and private tutors from the Academia Falzeno in liberal ideology from the greatest minds of the Awakening. Using this knowledge and her experience of talking to her subjects in Rosethorpe, Salia would start to formulate ideas on reforming the government system of her feudal holdings and hoping to cause wider democratization of Jameleska in whole.   Salia was promoted to Key Advisor at the age of 17 on her father’s council. She began to push small reforms and changes to benefit the general population, including better distribution of resources and increased taxes on workshop owners to fund more social programs.   This put her in direct opposition with her father’s treasurer, Baron Faylock, who had been slowly gaining control of the council and was running a powerful cabal of local criminals, robber barons, and capitalists. Faylock took control of Lord Rose, and used his ring of Dominate Person to make the Lord exile and disinherit Salia.   Salia then formally joined the Worker’s Union and helped to organize the general strike in Hammer Boulevard with the local chapter head, Voska. Salia was still concerned about the strange behaviour her father had been showing, she contracted Doomed 2 Die to investigate the matter. Unbeknown to her, her sister Alana Rose had used her influence to force the party into supporting her in a coup. In the aftermath of the coup, Alana had the camp in Hammer Bouelvard destroyed, Salia died trying to defend the other workers from her former guard.
