Queen Tilliana of the Summer Court

Queen Tilliana was born to the powerful and renowned Queen of Summer, Titiana, and her trickster husband, Oberyn. Separately the two archfey had had many bastard children, such as the infamous Changeling of the Spice Lands, but Tilliana was the only true child of the throne. She was raised partially by her parents, but more by the Summer Court itself. When her mother joined the great Mother Tree, giving her power the Summer Fire, she passed the throne on to Tilliana. The new queen seemed to have learned more from her father than mother, and made quite a few enemies early in her stead as queen, one of which was the sorceress and student of Baba Yaga, the witch Madam Mim. The witch tried to steal the Summer Fire for herself, to help in her struggle against her rivals Merlin and Morgan le Fay. Tilliana and her army were able to stop the attempted theft, but before the witch was removed from the Palace of the Summer Solstice, she cast a curse on the queen. That because of her selfishness, she would never be able to bare a child of her own. To make up for the curse, she has since had her courtiers steal Prince Jack from her cousin, Princess Cinderella of Verrelia to be a child of her own.
