Zevna

(a.k.a. The Death Whisperer)

Zevna is an immensely powerful green dragon who fought with House Rayne during the war. Near the end of the war she was captured, ending up within The Nethermost where her strength was sapped from her, leaving her unable to escape or even sleep. She lied awake for 20 years before the party broke her out when investigating the prison. She became interested in Ali, with them eventually accidently having a child together.
