Ash Falconherst, the Champion of Law

A fighter/sword-singer/bard in training to be a bladesinger, Ash is not originally from Renedge; he grew up in the kingdom of Guardiana in the land of Rune on another world. While he started as a human, he got his genetics mixed with Lillith's while adventuring and is now an elf. He spends his weekends training sword-singers in Staal-Ysta. (His weekends by Renedge standards, that is; six months pass in Staal-Ysta for every day in Renedge, so from his perspective he spends five days in Renedge and then a year in Staal-Ysta.)

Physical quirks

Having acquired a Divine Spark, Ash is immortal and is on a fast track for godhood. He is suppressing this with a powerful artifact sword that absorbs his godhood and prevents deification.

Specialized Equipment

Ash wears Mandalorian armor from Star Wars that, surprisingly, still works in Renedge. He owns a sword capable of slaying gods.

In the summer of 23 ARL, Ash was host to the Heart of Stars. Terana Delgarrod made a body for the Heart of Stars that’s based on Vessels.

Morality & Philosophy

Ash thinks existence might be better without the gods. He's had some bad experiences, both personally (his soul having been branded with Death's holy symbol without his consent) and as part of large-scale disasters (including the rampages of several gods across Renedge). As far as he's concerned, with great power comes great responsibility, and too many of the gods tend to act like they are entitled to their worship and seek power for power's sake. Not enough understand that they are meant to be servants to and shepherds of mortals.
