Following the failure of his proposal, Halvar Koit assigns a covert mission to a band of ARK Prisoner Units to attack the Council building and make it appear to have been an attack by Nanfeng. Zuzana Nováková dies in the attack. The convict units posing as Nanfeng loyalists participating in the mission are apprehended and executed by the military.
