Black Ledger

The Black Ledger was created by Donluk, a merchant in Riverside who had grown sick of the corruption that had divided his city. He spent months gathering up as much evidence as he could on people like the Widowmaker and Captain Glowcreek, planning on delivering the Ledger to the Inquisition.
When the Widowmaker and Glowcreek learned of the Ledger's existence, they put out a bounty but fortunately, Donluk was able to offload the evidence to the Party. They briefly fled Riverside but later returned and used the information in the book to deal with the enemies in Riverside.
