Rosvolia Province (ROSE VOL EE AH)

History

Officially founded shortly after the Age of Myth largely in response to a perceived danger from the traditionally Moon elven city of Szobeth, Rosvolia is the northwestern most province of the Republic of Himse. While the threat of Yvalian incursions never developed, the province has by virtue of its location become most outsider's entry point into the Republic, leading to a whole different set of issues for its administrators.
