New Hollywood is a cover-up operation. A Psy-Ops of the highest order, they exist to keep magic and other supernatural mysteries a secret by turning breaches of the secrecy the supernatural societies need into "ruined" movie scenes, showing up (having seemingly always been there) to stop and prepare to reshoot the "scene" whenever people witness.
