Second City Solitaries

Part support group, part supply point, part union, the Second City Solitaries is a mandated group by the Vampire Prince of Chicago where every mage that doesn't join a Cabal is forced to come to check in and be evaluated for signs of madness. Apparently something happened back in the day and the Prince ain't making the same mistake again.
