Capital:
No fixed capital, but the "Seat of Spirits" is the holiest and most significant place for the Sivasni people.  
Political Structure:
The Sivasni Council state is founded on a decentralized political structure and led by the "Council of Elders", composed of the elders of the various nomadic tribes. Each tribe is autonomous and led by a Sage, chosen for his wisdom and affinity to the Spirits. The Council of Elders meets once a year or in case of danger at the "Seat of Spirits" to make important decisions and resolve issues that affect the entire Sivasni people.  
Economy:
The Sivasni economy is mainly based on animal husbandry and hunting, as well as the collection of natural resources. They are skilled in the art of leather working and making handicrafts. They are famous for producing strong alcholic beverage, mainly from fermenting. Their drink are requested all over the world.   The Spirit Singers are also able to create artefacts with the help of spirits, and the shapes, weapons and objects created in this way are particularly sought after and are exchanged for high-value goods and goods, while outside the Sivasni territory they reach very high prices.  
Armed Forces:
The Sivasni are known for the ability of their horse archers, known in all of Valenor for their skills in riding and the use of the bow. Their special recurved bows are capable of dealing considerable damage. They are also skilled at rising and training exceptionals animals for war. Sivasni tribes can quickly mobilize their forces in case of danger.  
Internal and External Relations:
The Sivasni tribes are characterized by a strong internal cohesion and a deep respect for nature and spirits. They have peaceful relations with the predominantly Rodhian settler cities that have settled on their territory.  
Culture and Spirituality:
Sivasni culture is deeply linked to spirituality and nature. The spirits are revered as guides and protectors of the Sivasni people. Spirit Singers are the most respected spiritual and cultural figures, charged with passing down the tribe's history and oral traditions and communicating with spirits.  
Architecture and Settlements:
Sivasni settlements are temporary and built in harmony with nature. The homes are simple and suitable for nomadic life, while the fortifications are erected only when the tribe stays in one place for a prolonged period. All structures are erected with the help of spirits and to protect the "place of power" where they stopped.   The Places of Power are sacred to the local spirits and any desecration causes the fury of the spirits and serious repercussions from the Sivasni.  
Lifestyle:
The Sivasni lead a nomadic lifestyle, following the migrations of their herds and paying homage to the spirits of the places where they settle. Hunting, animal husbandry and outdoor living are an integral part of their culture. When the Sivasni move in their migrations, they use enormous creatures called Ebus, on whose large backs tents or other types of temporary dwellings are built.
