Chopper's Haven

A mid sized settlement on Pizhou, known for it's lively vehicle production and resale industry. It's settled in the shadow of a derelict pre-scream battleship known as the Grandiose, though the shell itself was hollowed out and made unusable by scavengers decades ago. Haven is a central point for traveling caravans, both as a place to trade goods and to have their vehicles serviced. The settlement is also known for the collection, construction, and resale of both grounded and hover vehicles. No larger government controls the settlement, but several of the larger shops provide protection to the surrounding residents.
