Guiging

The settlement that hosts the war council on Jinxi. Like most settlements on Jinxi, Guiging consists of a large dome constructed before the scream, covering a few square kilometers of mostly arable land. Most of the land in Guiging is reserved for farming, and a decently sized city sits along the dome's south edge.
This city, also known as Guiging, is where the Jinxi Collective regularly meets. Besides this, the mayor of Guiging handles the management of the settlement. The people of Guiging are mainly farmers, though those in the city tend to distance themselves from these rural workers. Instead they tend to either work directly within the city, or are recruited into the convoys of one of prevailing Warlord of the region. This has created a divide between the rural and urban communities of Guiging.
