Honomin Kou
As a small port town it was called Ho no Minato (north harbor in Shudani). When the Li Qu population grew and expanded the town into a city they took the native name and added Kou (port in Liquon) to come up with Honominato Kou. Over time this was shortened to Honomin Kou.
With nearly 4,000 residents, Honimin Kou is the largest settlement contained entirely within the Eastern Province.
