The northern half of the side of
Ahonato west of
Mottagawa. Although the city began on the shore of
Lake Kohu, in what would later be named the
Second Quarter, the First Quarter was originally home to the important
Hisashi Clan who ensured that it was given the more prominent name. Although they have since left the city, in favor of
Honomin Kou, this quarter remains home to many of the larger and more affluent residential areas.
