Matsukai
Matsukai is the Kai for fans of Matsuda Kasumi, the scorer for the Fighting Rocs. Membership is much more varied than the average Kai. Some are dedicated arcane practitioners who respect Matsuda's prowess and strive to learn from his example. Others are simply huge fans of Konpe and love the captain of their home team.
