Trees of Eastern Shudan
Between the years of S232 and S238 Mythea of the Cobalt Scar and Silia Lai coordinated to map the growth of The Fade. During the time that Mythea spent in Nobumori she noted that the Fade grew dramatically slower into the forest than in other directions. Silia and Mythea hypothesized that absorbing life energies slowed the expansion, and led a years long effort to magically grow trees all along the eastern border of Shudan to protect the country in years to come.
Wizards carried out much of the growing of these trees, led by students of Silia such as Mitsugu Atsutane, Eden Morningfire, Jin Razzar, and Seto Crestkeeper. In time, those more proficient in wild magic came to aid in the cause, eventually forming the Circle of Resilience.
