A mysterious elven man who you met in Ballater. He took a liking to Theo but unsettled Fen. He showed up again at the Radiant Keep and introduced himself as Greyson's (the lord of coin) nephew. He disappeared after Winston Forester was poisoned at the dinner party.

Shady, cool (?), and showing up when you least expect them.
