The building was design in the 'contemporary' style popular in the 2020s, with brightly colored exterior walls panels, large glass windows, and solid stone or concrete floors in most units.
An interior courtyard, now only accessible via the secure buildings, contains a gazeebo, a small garden, and a pond.

History

Constructed just before the Crash in the late 2020s, this building of small, market rate apartments has changed ownership a number of times in the last few decades.
The structure underwent renovations in 2040 to bring it up to contemporary safety and technology standards, and while it won't be mistaken for a 5 Star Hotel (or even a 4 star), it boasts a fair number of amenities for its price range.
