City Center
Walking around the heart of city center, you might forget about the darkness inhabiting the rest of the city. I mean... the lights never go out, really. Whether it's the twenty-four seven lights of the Summer Court or the spots lighting up the latest billboards or the mayor's new jumbotron, the place is always bright and shiny.
Course, just a few blocks away from the tallest buildings, there's still that feeling of something lurking between the shadows. A lingering fear that just never quite goes away. I wouldn't say the city's haunted... but even in the core you won't catch me in the side streets after midnight.

The New Eindie Police Department headquarters is located in City Center.
Industry & Trade
City Center is the financial and municipal heart of New Eindie. Several property management and financial firms ake their offices in one of the few office buildings on the western strip.
Tourism
While most of the tourist points are located anywhere but City Central, the area has several businesses geared towards serving visitors to the city, from restaurants to curio shops.
Architecture
The few highrises are built in the "Second Chicago School" style of architecture, including the Summer Court. The rest of the ward is dominated by Second Empire style architecture.
