A traveler from deep within the Shining Peaks, Oshin is an ambassador from the Luril people. When asked about his mission in Asturia, he is not shy to proclaim that he seeks any advantage he can find against his people's dire enemy, the Devourer. He has taken a particular interest in what Deston Ashwood is doing with his research related to the Black Wind.
