Volkhardt's elevation to Duke and the granting of lands by the King has not endeared him to Roni Siva of Westlund. By creating a new province, the King effectively reduced the size of Siva's lands (although one could argue that the territory that far south of Redwall Citadel was beyond the formal borders of Asturia).
