The newest Duchy in Asturia, Southlund is also the most distant from the capital in Rabanastra. While it has been home to dwarves for centuries, it has only recently become a place that they can formally call theirs.

Dwarf occupied Southlund is home for many of the nation’s scribes and bureaucratic functionaries due to their longer lifespans and natural inclination towards the order involved in administrative tasks. Materially, the dwarves also provide strong skills in the areas of mining, engineering, and stonecraft, all of which are highly sought after by Asturian merchants.
