Diamon Waycrest

Diamon Waycrest is the eldest child of Viktor Waycrest and older brother to Lilith and Moira Waycrest.  He is father to Denir and Timmons Waycrest and uncle and surrogate father to Titania Waycrest.  While it is often remarked that he has been especially hard on his own sons, he has commented publically on his pride in his surrogate daughter, Titania Waycrest, as being one of the best demon hunters in the Empire.  He was married briefly to a member of Imperial nobility, however she passed away shortly after the birth of his second son Timmons.  As a child himself he witnessed the brutal death of his father during a crusade in Uban.  His father had been overseeing the distribution of medical supplies and potions to refugees created by the conflict when he was attacked by a group of demons called the The Blades of Ash.  While Diamon was whisked away by some of Viktors soldiers they were unable to do so before Diamon witnessed his fathers brutal murder and beheading.     Diamon is a staunchly religious leader in the Imperial army, and currently it's eldest serving and highest ranking commander.  He is known for being extremely strict and devout military commander, keeping to strict religious codes and regulation set forth by the Emperor.  His actions on the field of battle as a front line commander in his youth have made him a legend among rank and file truth and he has earned the respect of many of his soldiers.  Although soft spoken he can be quite harsh, having ordered the execution of his own soldiers who have shown cowardice in the face of duty.     Diamon was noable involved in a dispute with his fellow general and brother-in-law General Edwin Brosh during a purge of demons from the town of Oldbuck.  The confrontation ended after days of argument with the resignation of Brosh from the Army of Light and his flight from the Empire in disgrace.  Diamons younger sister Moira, husband to Brosh, died several months later.  Diamon has publicly given sickness spurred on by heartbreak as a reason for her untimly death.  He took his neice Titania under his wing after that point.
