Ydorans
The Ydorans are the feral people living in the Black Forest. Most of them live a primitive life of hunting and gathering, though there are pockets of slightly more civilized tribes among them. They have lived this way since the The Dawning Epoch, and most of them choose the life, even if introduced to the cultures of the lands around them.
Ydorans are hunters and gatherers, the only way to survive in the Black Forest. Those who travel outside the forest may become trackers and scouts, using their talents for survival in rural environments to their advantage.
Most Ydorans are elves. How the wild elves ended up in the Black Forest is unknown, but the fact that they share a language with the Yunathrans means they must have a shared ancestry. In the north of the black forest lives a tribe of elflings, whose forefathers must have interbred with small folk, sometime in the early Dawning Epoch.
The Ydorans mostly worship Rhya, in her aspect as wild nature. Anira, Jariko and Ethelaius are also revered. None of them are worshipped in any organized way, but rather through shamanism.

Major language groups and dialects
The Ydorans speak a derivition of Yunathran, which is similar enough that speakers of either can understand eachother. Though their language might be called Ydoran by some, for all intents and purposes it is a dialect of Yunathran.
