The Owl clan live at the edge of what the Wolf know of the Sjonderwold - some believe they live beyond the edge of the world.   Peerless sages, craftsmen, and mages, the Owl are so in tune with the natural and magical worlds that they sometimes have difficulty connecting with the people around them. For other Owl, this is understandable, natural, and unremarkable - but for the other clans of the Sjonderwold, this creates frustration that is only barely redeemed by their magic and craft.  

Unrivaled Natural Beauty

Those that meet a member of the Owl clan outside of their ancestral lands might wonder what exactly makes them so frustratingly slow and absent-minded!   One only needs to take a journey to the Owl lands to understand. Even in the untamed wilds of the Sjonderwold, the splendor and natural beauty of the Owl lands never fails to amaze visitors. It is easy to see why a people that live with such verdant, rolling hills, thick, mysterious forests, or sky-piercing mountains would take time to explore and enjoy the wonders of the world around them.   Thus, it is not surprising that some of the foremost mystics and craftsmen come from the Owl. Mystics seek enlightenment in the patterns and whispered messages of an eternal, uncaring landscape; craftsmen respectfully take as little as they can, and emulate the beauty they see.
