Exodus
Exodus is the country of the elves, and the only known state primarily within the borderworld. Organized into a strict hierarcy, the elves of Exodus can each trace a hierarchy from themselves to the supreme exodite council. Each elf is appointed to their profession by their superiors and mentors. Elven settlements are ruled by ministers that have fairly absolute power unless their own superiors feel they have acted wrongly, in which case the superiors can and will summarily remove them. Every elf can promoted or demoted by their superiors, or in some cases their peers.
The elves don't typically use money, and consider self-enrichment to be a strange and contemptible pursuit among elves. The product the elves make is generally redistributed by ministers of the various villages and settlements. The elves don't trade with money among themselves, only with outsiders, and only use their "currency" as a bookkeeping mechanism.
