Epikefalís Grafeíou

Within each Ekklisía, there are various bureaus in charge of various administrative matters. The lay leader in charge of such a bureau - the Bureau Chief, if you will - is called an Epikefalís Grafeíou and serves at the pleasure of the Epískopos.
Despite being lay members of the church, these officials are the rank equivalents to a Próto Aderfós, an Archiepískopos , or an Archigós .
