Próto Aderfós

In the Therapeftiká, the leader of any individual order within a given Church is called the Próto Aderfós, which means "First Sibling." This figure oversees all activity of the members of their order within the Church, as well as in the mission field in areas outside of an established Church.

Requirements

• Must be ordained as an Elder in their order prior to promotion

Appointment

• Appointed by the Epískopos on the advice of the Elders of the order in question
