Greenbright Moss

Greenbright moss is one of the main sources of light in the Deeplands.

This moss grows on the Cavern-Sky of most of Aman-ya and is vital to its ecosystem.

The moss feeds off the light of Greenbright crystals and then gives off that light again once the crystals themselves dim creating a steady cycle of day, night, and dusk.

Greenbright moss seasonally flowers in Spring, raining beautifully glowing spores on the city of Styx by dusk which can cause a condition known as Blightlung.

Greenbright moss is sometimes called Grandmother's Cloak in reference to a folk-interpretation of Serkatha's Triune-Femininity.
