Neighborly Garden

The Neighborly Garden is an organization and locale found within the poor, gang-ridden Wessinger Slum.
The Garden's purpose is to provide a safe space for hospitality, recreation and support away from the control of the local gangs like the Grey Crows, the Reaping Willows and the Determini.
The Garden runs a small community garden as well as a living space and a public library for all people to use.
It is under the protection of the People's Guard Militias and has therefore stayed unharmed by the gangs despite their consistent threats against its workers and users.
