The Human Pantheon
Public Agenda
To guide the masses in the teachings of the Antecedent Trinity so that all may reach Sesium after death and spend eternity in the Promised Sanctuary under the watchful gaze of Tova.
Mythology & Lore
The afterlife is a place of peace where the souls of humans live for eternity under the watchful gaze of Tova. It is called Sesium or Promised Sanctuary.
It is widely believed that a person’s ancestors can access the material plane and often give guidance to their progeny in the form of signs and dreams. Clerics, Paladins, and other divine spellcasters acknowledge that their power comes from one of the Trinity but is given to them through their ancestors.
Divine Origins
Humans came to Aludel and brought their Deities with them. The resulting collision of the pantheons was chaos for a while. Mortals and Divines battled for control of the land until The Antecedent Trinity defeated The Fallen and banished them from their realm.
The Fallen, rendered nearly powerless in defeat, were unable to grant what little power they had to their followers. Many believed that The Fallen had been utterly destroyed and surrendered themselves to the rule of The Trinity. While some still hope for their return, it has been many years since any of The Fallen have shown their influence on the material plane.
Tenets of Faith
Tenets are reserved for individual followings of Deities.
Priesthood
Priests and Clergy are appointed individually according to their Deity's teachings.
The priests of the Trinity promote the Justice of Cuaras, Tempered with the Wisdom and Patience of Tova. Because of this, court judges are always members of the clergy, and the leader of Aludel is expected to be a follower of the Trinity.
Sects
