The Outlands
The Outlands, Concordant Opposition, also called the Friendly Opposition, Godsland, and simply the Land, is the plane of true neutrality.
The Fugue Plane, home to Kelemvor and the destination of all souls, lies at the central apex of the Outlands. Here Kelemvor judges the souls of the dead and sends them to their final judgement. The Outlands is also home to Cynosure, where the gods of Faerun hold court. Dragon's Eyrie, home of the draconic pantheon also rests in the Outlands. It is said that somewhere "above" the Fugue Plane rests the interplanar city of Sigil.
