Yoshino Goddess of Talos and Fertility
“You do not cast your seeds to the wind and hope they grow; you must plan, and plan well.”
Mother of the Wilds
Live in harmony with nature and help to preserve its balance. Respect the circle of life and understand that all living things are a part of it. Nature can be as beautiful as it can be dangerous. Those at one with nature have little to fear from the wild. Those ignorant of the balance in the wilderness might be brought down by what lives within. But that is the natural order of things and it must be respected. Associated not only with the earth above, upon which all things grow and live, but also with the places beneath the earth, Yoshino stands for the fertility of the land, as well as the people that inhabit it. As a ruler of fertility and childbirth, she is praised for and is a protector of pregnant women. Maidens (the names of her followers) often sing and chant around another follower who is giving birth to ease the child into the world. At the time of one’s birth, a female child is given an animal totem as a guide through life, while a male child is given a small weapon as a trinket. Yoshino is often linked with the animals of the deep places and caves of the earth, including moles, voles, and cave bears. Of all the animals of the earth, though, she is most closely associated with rabbits and hares, which live in warm homes in the earth. They are gentle and fertile creatures, just as Yoshino is gentle and stands for the fertility of all the creatures and plants of the earth, and they desire nothing but peace, yet they will not hesitate to protect their young, even against impossible odds. Among mystical creatures, she is often associated with treants, which some say are her children, though other say she is most closely tied to the divine and gentle celestial animal spirits called pookas that sometimes aid humans in need. They usually appear as monkeys or rabbits, and stand at the good counterparts to rakshasas.Holy Books & Codes

History
Yoshino and Amaranth are the perfect student/teacher pair with the unending love they both have for Talos and its natural inhabitance. Amaranth has been enamored with Yoshino since she saw Yoshino creating a new type of plant to fill the lands with, even though she was young Amaranth immediately asked if she could help. Yoshino seeing the wonder in the young goddess eyes gave her a Lodern a bag of seeds to spread throughout the lands together. ( This is the reason the plant is still called Amaranth to this day. ) This moment never left Amaranths mind and as soon as she could she set out to find Yoshio and pledge herself to the goddess. Even after all this time Yoshio immediately recognized the goddess and allowed Amaranth to stay and learn her ways.

History
Yoshio and Kriegen didn't see eye to eye when first meeting while they were defenders of Talos they did not agree with each other's ways. Yoshino found Kriegen to be too violent and Kreigen felt that Yoshino was too forgiving giving those that have harmed the land a second chance. Eye though they didn't share each other's views they knew each was an important protector of Talos and found side by side many times due to this. After a time the two would even grow to be friends slowly Yoshino's calmer nature rubbed off on Kriegen keeping him level-headed in the heat of battle, and Kriegen's courageous nature rubbed off on Yoshino giving her more confidence and strength. The two eventually fell for each other and together would bring the god Vastile into the Universe.

History
Yoshino is the Goddess of Talos and fertility so no one could doubt the amazing mother that she would become. She had every moment that wasn't dedicated to Talos to her son, at first they were inseparable but slowly it became apparent that the young boy was much more aligned with his father. Although Vastile started spending more time with his father Yoshino never stopped teaching and raising the boy, in fact Yoshino even trusted her son with seeing over the mortal rulers on Talos to tell if they were worthy for the role.
