Syndwend

Syndwend, alternatively known as "The Library City of Syndwend," is the largest and capital city of Thelyan. It is renowned throughout the universe as a pinnacle of knowledge, higher learning, scholarly pursuits, and intellectuality. The city is home to many of the most elite and prestigious universities in all of Tara.
It is located in the northwest of Thelyan, directly bordering the Thes'set Desert.
Syndwend is a closed city, with expansive surrounding true-air areas that fall under its jurisdiction.
