Celes'tani
The western cousins of the Kla'tani, the Celes'tani hail from the western continent primarily and are known for their taming of the great black coursers, their navigation of the deep ocean blue, and their dark-skinned warrior kin. Bright pigmented skin of varying degrees of white, black, or blue persist among these people that cause them to be fairly noticeable in crowds in one fashion or the other. All kin share an adaptation to the night or darkness and their ability to see well during such far more than their cousins, while retaining a small weakness during the day, following suit of their namesake, Celes're, or the Night in the old tongue.
