The relationship between the father and son has been good for the long many years. Though in the later years many have questioned if the throne should move to the Prince, even if he does not want it entirely.

While these two are not the most...expected lovers, they became that in their travels nonetheless. After a few close encounters on both sides of the coin with each other saving the other, they both spent time by themselves to discuss things. Of course the relationship, and with both of their personalities, was kept fairly secret for a long time. But, their mutual admiration is hard to hide in present times.

Good friends and combat partners. Rhae worked with Tress in the early days of their group to get her back into fighting shape after whatever trauma she had suffered had wracked against her ways of the sword. While Rhae worked with her, he found that she surpassed him eventually in the ways of the sword, and found her brilliant movements and tactics to take note. To this day within the Assarian Empire, Rhae has a movement called the Sval Flank within his Courser legions.
History
While the small figure and plated knight often found differences on many topics, they did have a mutual respect. These pair eventually found a common group and enjoyed each others company despite the overbearing attitude of Gilda. She found herself to be quite funny, despite using it as a cover for her true intentions, attitudes, and motivations. Rhae saw her as a valuable friend and ally, and cursed himself when he was not there for her fall.
History
One of the boys, the dynamic trio of men within the group shared a close stature with each other. A mutual admiration. Rhae spoke with Cairen in the end of Tress' training that he was impressed with her, and encouraged the shy and soft spoken caster to speak with her. Good friends even to this day, despite not knowing where Cairen resides.
History
Both powerful figures in different respects. In their travels K'anth and Rhae earned a mutual respect and admiration for each other and their abilities. In this, they formed a strong bond that helped in their battles and connections to the Assarian Empire. Even in present day with the advent of K'anth's teleportation magic, Rhae and him converse fairly regularly, at least once a season.
