Church of the Two Matriarchs
This Tolan church was established at the end of the Great Holy War in 0 E.D. It venerates the worship of the Goddess of Light, Opochtli, and the Goddess of Flowers, Xochitl, as the main source of hope and splendor in Tolan. The Church is worshipped in all corners of the Commonwealth, and acts in fascination as well as acceptingly to other forms of worship that are present throughout the world.
The Church installs a mindset of familial openness to all, a celebration of the arts, and extreme pride in one's own culture and family. This pride extends to the joy and celebration that predates a human sacrifice with the crowd, the family, and the sacrifice rejoicing the offering to Opochtli. It also weaves into the great many passion-filled architectural and artistic creations that are present throughout all of the many cities that dot Tolan's landscape as an offering to Xochitl. The splendor is most high during the Panquetzaliztli, which celebrates the birth of Opochtli and the survival of Xochitl.
The Church, however, is heavily prosecutive of any instance of either demonic or voidling contact. Any person caught purposefully contacting either is executed via decapitation and their skull used as a marker of reminder to those who dare to betray their country and their world. The various priests and priestesses are in charge of routing out any and all types of heresy within their midst as a single corrupted individual could lead to cataclysmic damage.

The Church is structured with the gods themselves being the head of the religion, an High Priest/ess being in charge of a province's priests, and a Priest/ess being in charge of a city's pious people.
