Ellyllon Monarchs

HIs/Her/Their Majesty (a.k.a. Weird Folk, Fair Folk, Fey Lords, Archfey)

These monarchs of the fey and elves dwell within the lands of Ildathach. They once all were a part of the Light Elven race before the events of Ragnogoth. During the War, most ascended to godhood with the gods of the elves to guide them into their new divinity and place amongst their newly created plane, Ildathach. It was here that they lived in peace, harmony, and discord all at once amongst their new creations, the fey. However, during 39,700 B.D. (Before Dolor) the Fracture occurred amongst the elves. Those who had given into decadence and incestual relations brought by the belief spread by enigmatic Ascendant One, The Ildathach Faith, believed that to rebel against the Empyrean they too must ascend into Ellyllon. This abhorrent behavior disgusted the Ellyllon and they have continued to ignore the prayers of those that take part of the abhorrent Ildathach faith. They now continue to listen and give fickle favors to their followers amongst both the Exile Elves and all other species that wish to gather the ears of those amongst the Weird Folk.   There once a great plethora of Ellyllon Monarchs dwelling in their own realms throughout Ildathach, but a great many lives of the Ellyllon were ended during the height of the Great Holy War. Now, only four Ellyllon Monarchs remain that correspond to both season and cardinal direction to aid their followers throughout their journeys through their own mercurial ways. Their are described as followed,
  • Mab and Alberich: King and Queen of the North, Winter, Death, Grimness, Darkness, and Renewal.
  • Xochitl: Queen of the West, Autumn, Beauty, Love, Flowers, Young Women and Fertility.
  • Amm: Intersex Monarch of the South, Heat, Summer, Creativity and Art.
  • Nurarihyon: King of the East, Spring, Rain, Celebration, Enlightenment, Storm, and Monsters.
