Captain Tilsin (a.k.a. Captain Hardass)
Born in Yuethanil in 1677, Tilsin grew up in this city and has served in the military guard from a young age. Stern, hardworking and never compromising her principles, Tilsin has rapidly moved through the ranks. Eventually, in 1711, she was promoted to captain of the guard of the newly formed West District! It was a high honor for her age. Was, because no longer was Yuethanil under any serious danger since the Civil War ended. Police assume most of the workload for the city, so she is in command over a small garrison of about 10 men, though they have to maintain a blockhouse for 100 in case combat ever returns to the countryside. Since she only has jurisdiction mostly contained to one district with only a handful soldiers, she often must patrol the streets herself. This has led to her gaining a reputation as both an upstanding guard but also a notorious hardass. It is her constant goal to protect the citizens of West District, whether they particularly need it or not.

Tilsin is a devoted member of the Elven Pantheon, following Soat and regularly visiting his shrine in the city. Because of her Soat devotion she particularly hates cultists.
