Dwr

Dwr is an elemental monk and one of the only survivors of Five Spires. He was a soldier serving in the Liberation of the Free Peach who retired after a major injury in combat and went to follow monastic practices in the Five Spires.

Personal history

Dwr was brought up in a monastery in Five Spires, as the entire monastic settlement being devoted to elemental disciplines. In 8007, the entire settlement was scorched in a blaze by the cult Eclipse. The order was shattered and Dwr was one of few survivors getting cast out into the world. He became a wanderer, doing work for various lords, often as a spy of sort, taking advantage of martial skills as monk. After the destruction of Five Spires, he has had little to no respect for the political class that would have allowed an atrocity like that to have happened, a drastic change from his calm upbringing. Personality-wise, he is very reserved and calm in the face of adversity, on the surface at least. He tends not to trust others easily, but will always stand by his word.
