Aasimar

Aasimar are a sub-group of the humans in Terrania . While many human's carry the blood of Celestial ancestors, only a select few have their blood "awakened". Those to do are called Ascended Aasimar. The most famous is Alethia; Herald of Remiel who is considered the patron of all Aasimar.

History

All Aasimar can trace their linage to the The Terranian Awakening . The promixity of Celestial Beings imbued many humans with their power; which carried down the subsequent generations. This is also true of Tieflings.

Traits

Non Ascended Aasimar exhibit no characteristics that differentiates them from other humans. However, onces an Aasimar ascends they can grow wings, and naturally obtain an affinity and innate understanding of divine magics.
