Acastus The Great

He was born in a small village (Now named Acastus) on the edge of the modern day Heleninum around 572 AC. His upbringing and adolescence are mostly unknown, but at some point, in his life, he found himself in a band of warriors tasked with confronting excursions from the The Agrios Agnosto . During these clashes, the legend and renown of Acastus grew and grew. From his striking down of a horde of Slaads in the Fengari Valley, or felling a mighty Black Dragon at Heliros Peak, and even the harrowing tale of Acastus’s battle with the mighty Beholder of Larinth. Through these deeds, the rumors of Acastus’s parentage begin. Some believe he was the son of Torm . Others stated he was the offspring of Helm and Tymora . Regardless, the mythos of Acastus was set in marble; and thus became Acastus The Great. From here, Acastus, sensing hte need for a coordinated defense from the Agrios Agnosto, he created the organization that would become known as the The Acastus Consortium . Before his death (of natural causes) in 669 AC; just about every city in Heleninum had a Kastros of Acastus’s Brotherhood. As the decades became centuries; lands outside Heleninum called for aid, and The Acastus Brotherhood answered the call.
