Divine Blood
Many speculate that the nebula that they see with their telescopes is what is left of the once-grand battle between the First Gods and an unknown entity. The battlefield left a mark in the form of the Divine Blood, which is said to house such enormous magical energies that even the gods shy away from touching it as it might kill them. It lies far in the system, near the Sphere of Null. Some speculate that it can help in magical rituals back on Tethys if you are making them when the nebula might be seen with the naked eye.
