Emperor Magmos
Believed by many to be the reincarnation of the Heavenly Emperor. He showed up after the Second Divergence and claimed the throne of the Jadeite Empire. Some might see him as an outsider but his powers of a demigod can't be mistaken for something else as the blessing of the Jade Emperor is within him. Also, he is one of few unique True Dragons as he is that of a Magma Dragon. The palace had to be redesigned to accommodate his new fury. His plans to reunite the Sailan are unknown but many believe he will rain holy fire upon his neighbours if they don't bow.
