Towards the conclusion of the Third Age, Kingdoms, certain mages possessed the ability to perceive the plane's form, which resembled a colossal amphitheater, perhaps even a senate chamber, featuring a massive throne at its heart. The true purpose of this place remains shrouded in mystery, and the only individuals known to have entered it, the Wise One and Vecna, never divulged their experiences within. However, it is documented that those who manage to gain entry to this realm possess the power to rewrite the Divine Laws.
