Patient One
The Patient One, a Titan of Tethys, was a symbol of tranquility and balance before the outbreak of the Titan War. Endowed with the Life Spark energies, he had the unique ability to imbue the lands with harmony, ensuring a gentle transition of terrains from soaring mountains to lush valleys and rolling hills. His gift preserved the lands from abrupt and drastic changes, creating a peaceful environment for the mortal races that inhabited them.
When the Titan War erupted, the Sunlord, one of the First Gods, sought to dissuade the Patient One from joining the conflict. However, the harmony the Patient One had striven to maintain was shattered not by the Titans, but by the First Gods themselves, when they took the life of the most peaceful among the Titans - the Diplomat. Thus, unable to prevent the disruption of balance he had held dear, the Patient One was drawn into the chaos of war.
The Patient One's power, integral in maintaining the harmony of the Titans' abilities and essential for their combined strength, made him a prime target. The @divine, another of the First Gods, imprisoned him, seeking to disband the unity and resonance among the Titans.
In the ages that followed, long after the echoes of the Titan War had faded, the legend of the Patient One lived on in the beliefs and practices of mortals. Monks, practitioners of inner balance and harmony, believe that it was the Patient One who conceived the concept of Ki, the inner energy they harness to enhance their abilities. His legacy, thus, continues to influence the inhabitants of Tethys, shaping their understanding of balance, patience, and inner strength.
