The material plane of mortals, Artha. The middle of the multiverse. Sometimes called the Crossroad Plane.
Artha is the plane where the mortal races of men, elves and dwarves dwell, temperate and diverse in nature. Many other planes exert a small amount of influence on Artha where the veil between the two is thin. Where the veil between
Tempestrum and Artha is thin, the powers of elemental air are strong, perhaps vicious storms rage here and elementals of air roam the skies.
Size and Time
The true size of Artha is unknown. Some speculate that Artha is merely a speck amongst the stars and that even the stars and beyond are part of the same plane. Others theorize that the plane ends where the mists surrounding Artha begin.
Time is measured according to the manner in which it passes on Artha. This means that Artha's Time is the baseline to which all others are compared.

Dwarves and hundreds of other species.
Access and Travel
Luckily for the many mortals that call Artha their home, the material plane is a difficult one to enter. Popular theory suggests that Artha can only be entered in one of two ways.
First, portals provide temporary or permanent access between the two planes. Portals are usually set up in complex magickal rituals by mortals.
Second, summoning rituals provide a way for mortals of call the presence of a planar being. Powerful arcanists can perform rituals to summon the presence of planar creatures or spirits. Usually their presence, once summoned, is of short duration.
In terms of travel, Artha is fairly easy to navigate. Although many different geographical biomes are present, Artha's denizens have found a way to navigate them.

While it is not entirely clear which planes border which others it is speculated that Artha at least borders its mirror planes;

The Slumbermyst and the prime elemental planes;
Infyrnum,
Oceanum,
Tempestrum and
Terrestrum.
Demiplanes
Artha has no known demiplanes.
